7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your URLyte paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked. To request a refund, email us at support@urlyte.com with your account email and we will process it within 2–3 business days.
After the 7-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the billing period ends.
- Your links, namespaces, and data remain accessible until the billing period ends.
- After the billing period, your account reverts to the Free plan limits.
Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever and does not involve any charges. No refund policy applies to the Free plan as no payment is taken.
EU Consumer Rights
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). For digital services that you have requested to begin immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited once the service has been fully performed.
Our 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. It does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period.
- Duplicate refund requests for the same billing period.
